UK POS printer Simpson Group has signed for a Bickers GLUEJET® at Fespa 2017. The 2m x 3m Glue Plotter can apply hotmelt and/or PVA glue and is Simpson’s first Bickers glue plotter machine. It will be installed after the show has finished. Simpson chairman Mark Simpson said the GLUEJET’s®benefits included increased automation and consistency in the construction of P.O.S. display units.
“It also means we are creating higher value jobs for our people by replacing lower-value manual jobs,” he said.
The GLUEJET® from Bickers is the largest format and fastest CNC glue plotter of its kind available on the market.
