The Printed Image, based in Dublin, has invested in a GLUEJET® Glue Plotter from Bickers. This industry-standard machine improves speed and consistency in a normally manual area of the factory. After researching a way to automate the finishing area, it was concluded that the GLUEJET® was the machine of choice to take gluing to the next level. Its ability to apply hot melt and PVA in spray or line in almost any pattern or shape on an X/Y axis is a huge advantage. The hot melt remains 'open', meaning large areas can be covered in one pass prior to assembly.
