A 5th Bickers Gluejet XY Gluer has been installed at London based Wilmot-Budgen Ltd in spring 2022. The first Bickers Glue Plotter was installed at Wilmot-Budgen Ltd in 2009 which led to further installs in the years that followed. This XY Glue Plotter is mainly used for gluing high end FSDU display work in small and large quantities. This new Gluejet is a 2m x 3m machine with turbo fast, triple gluing heads that can apply up to 3 lines of glue (hot melt & PVA) in a single pass. The installation was carried out by our Bickers UK engineers Jan and Jacob Stevens.
