Bickers have started 2022 by installing their market leading GLUEJET® XY Glue Plotter at B2B1 Print Solutions Ltd based in Stockport, UK. This German 2m x 3m XY Gluer will be used to glue a wide variety of packaging and display products that were previously produced by hand. The machine gives precise repeatable consistency of the hot melt and PVA glue position and quantity in either line bead or spray. In most cases the speed is 3-4 times that of hand guns.
Main features include our unique triple smart glue heads, full access around the whole machine together with camera assisted programming.

A typical way of working would be to apply two lines of pressure sensitive hot melt spray adhesive with one line of PVA in the centre, giving maximum strength in all conditions once pressed together. The installation was carried out quickly and safely by the Bickers UK engineer Jan Stevens and his son Jacob.
